The blurring of lines between terrorism and security combined with
the outcome of the federal election all contribute to a potential
shift in focus for modern security professionals working in the
industry. Add to that the increasing spectre of climate change and
the increasing awareness of the impact that this might have on
international security and you start to realise just how difficult
it is to keep abreast of all the latest trends that impact on your
role.
The National Security Australia Forum
is a well loved fixture on
the security calendar, attracting over 250 senior delegates from
across the national security space and featuring presentations
from leading Australian and international security experts. Now in
its 6th year – and bringing you the most ambitious event to date –
it will review the most recent counter-terrorism initiatives,
outline future security challenges, promote increased
international and regional cooperation, and highlight the
importance of private sector engagement in the fight against
terrorism.
